Merge Fruits: Match & Discover · Last updated: August 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Merge Fruits: Match & Discover (the “Game”), developed by Monoceros Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the Game.
1. Information you provide
The Game does not require an account, login, name, email address, phone number, or payment information. We do not directly ask you to submit personal information through the Game.
2. Local game data
Game progress and preferences—such as scores, earned coins, unlocked sets, selected content, and settings—may be stored locally on your device. This information is used to provide and restore gameplay and is not intentionally transmitted to our own servers. You can remove local game data by clearing the Game’s storage or uninstalling the Game.
3. Advertising and third-party data processing
The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
- device and advertising identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- advertisement views, clicks, and interactions;
- app interactions and diagnostic or performance information; and
- information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
The availability of personalized advertising depends on your region, age settings, device settings, and consent choices. Where required, the Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent. You can revisit available privacy choices from the Game’s settings screen.
Google processes information under its own policies. Learn more at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.
4. How information is used
Information processed through the Game and its service providers may be used to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
- display, measure, and limit advertisements;
- provide rewarded-ad benefits requested by the player;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems; and
- comply with legal obligations and user consent choices.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as necessary to provide advertising, measurement, security, and consent-management services. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, rights, safety, and the integrity of the Game.
6. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s data or uninstall it. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies, legal obligations, consent choices, and advertising controls. Because the Game does not create player accounts or maintain its own player database, there is no account-deletion process. You may manage advertising preferences through the Game’s privacy options and your device or Google account settings.
7. Children’s privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, please contact us so that the concern can be reviewed.
8. Security and international processing
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Game. No method of electronic processing is completely secure. Third-party providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
10. Contact
